Fed on 12/30, Friday.More beef and veggies More beef and veggies for breakfast! Breakfast eyes Dinner is some meaty turkey carcass and a palate cleanser follow-up of Fage and veggies. I’ve been trying to not give into the Greek yogurt thing because it’s one of those things I’m going to be stuck not being able to live without it for about two and a half months until I suddenly get over it. It’s not like it’s bad for you, but I . . . → Read More: Beef, turkey bits, yogurt love

Can't see anything Fed on 2/1, Tuesday You can’t see anything, but there’s turkey and veggie mix under the yogurt. I seared up the frozen patty on the cast iron pan so that it’ll kind of thaw and make my house smell like a diner at the same time. MP liked it very much. I wish I could tell if she likes meat totally raw or a little bit seared. It sure smells more when I cook it a bit. Since I don’t know, I sometimes . . . → Read More: Turkey, fish and egg, non-committal combos

Fed on 11/9, Tuesday. These morning guts were lightly simmered in some turmeric and thyme, then yogurtled. There’s a little wheatgrass juice in there, too. I think it’s going to be “for real” one of the last non-life threateningly cold days until next July, so we are going to try to be outside today. Mostly preparing our houses for the winter. That means Piz does all these things with windows and screen doors, raking and mowing and all this and that. I may or may not gather up the extension cord that the pond pump is plugged into. I probably won’t pull off the hose, which is hanging into the pond from the last time I filled it back in August. I’ll try to go turn the water off to the outside hose from my basement, which I can’t do without a chair to stand on, which means that I probably won’t get to it. Things are so big. SO big. And I’m so small. Big things are really difficult for short people to handle. . . . → Read More: Yogurtled guts, salmon spinach, fish bones
