Fed on 10/19. I used to go to coffeeshops a lot pre-MP because I kind of liked pretending to be doing important things on my laptop in a roomful of strangers. Now, I rather work at the office or my house, where MP can sit on the chair with me. Anyway, I spent a few hours at the coffee shop all the way out in Saint Paul today. This particular shop has their own roaster right next to where the people sit, so we hear and smell the intense coffee roasting process. . . .

beefed blueberry and yogurt Fed on 10/07. Beefed blueberries with yogurt for breakfast. And a little blow on top. Kidding! It’s just probiotic powder. I actually don’t need to give her probiotic powder in supplement form since I make my own kefir and yogurt and they are basically a whole universe of fresh, super active good germy germs (i.e., not the kind that have pointy tails and ears wearing black body suits). But I had some in the fridge that needs to go, so they go . . .

Fed on 09/21. We’re trying to get back into the swing of things, so a stinkasaurus tripe and yogurt breakfast is a good way to do it. I made fresh yogurt overnight. So yummy and full of probiotics! I have kefir brewing, too. It’s so easy and cheap that even I can do it. . . .

chicken soup egg Yay for easy breakfasts! Chickeeeeeeeeeen soup. I put in an English major egg because I didn’t have much meat left in the soup. Kefir, too, as usual. Since I had it out, I ate some kefir with fruit for breakfast, too. triiiiiipe This huge thing has been defrosting in my fridge for a few days, and now it’s just soft enough to cut through.
