before blueberries Fed on 09/09. Chinstrap chicken soup breakfast! I made a very nice soup with the rest of the wings and a leg I found in the freezer. It’s meatier than usual. sweet potato I added some baked swimmer sweet potato and the obligatory blueberries. I no longer think this is gross or mean, so there. I needed to boost the manganese anyway, and these frozen wild blueberries add tons of other goodness along with the convenience of cooling down . . .
