Green swamp breakfast Green swampy breakfast with kefired oatmeal and an egg! The swamp ink is from the chlorophyll. I crushed the brazilnut with my big knife, just like I would do with stuff like garlic. It was SO easy. And here I was, busting them up on the counter (and even on the concrete outside!) with a hammer and all. Jeez. Swamp rat Dinner is a nice little bowlful . . .
