Fed and hiked on 10/9, Sunday. Breakfast guts Breakfast beef guts went into MP’s dog guts! These are going to power up the Pancakes dog for our big hike about an hour south of town. Since we got our state park “year pass” for my car at Interstate Park a few weeks ago, I’ve been trying to visit more of them with MP! Hiked on 10/3, Monday & MP’s Ninth Birthday!!!! For MP’s Nine is Divine day, we went all the way down past Red Wing to Frontenac State Park! Piz picked out the park for us because he’d been there before and it was far and therefore special. It turned out to be a super awesome and not at all busy (at least when we were there) park that had all kinds of different “zones”: woodsy, prairiey, hilly, leafy, grassy, bluffy, rocky, cliffy! Correction: I initially said that the Platypus bladders hold a total of 2 L, but it turns out that they are two .5 L ones, making the total 1 L, and less if you freeze them.
