Big grape eyes for dinner

I was in a huge hurry and didn’t have a chance to take a picture of her turkey neck breakfast, but that is what she had! Dinner was an awesome whole trout caught by Piz in his parents’ lake up north. It was a huge fish, so it fed two large humans and one medium dog. We even had leftovers to turn into one of those fish cream cheese things. I just mixed it up with my strained kefir and it is delicious! I’m freezing a bit for our upcoming doctor visit. (Actually, maybe I should bring something less stinky)

Although we are short on food pictures, here’s some from our super fun hike at Afton State Park with Piz’s friend, Tessa, from the Netherlands. She was very nice to MP, even though MP got all pumpy with her a couple times.
