Beefy morning! I love this bowl face. Beep! beep! nose and square mouth Pancakes!
This was a boneless rib from the co-op I had bought for myself, but it ended up being kefired in a jar for MP, instead. I haven’t tried kefired meats myself, but it’s supposed to preserve and tenderize it. I bet it would be extra delicious with chicken. It’s basically like buttermilk in function and flavor, but more badass.
I would like to try this rib cut for myself, soon, though. I’m hoping it’s fatty and ribby, like its name. Doesn’t it look nice? Super economical, too! (Otherwise, I wouldn’t buy it!)
I like how my food pictures with glass bowls make it look like the food is sitting right on the surface below! This is just a bathmat we’re using on the window sill MP likes to jump up on (nonskid!), but it looks steak on furries.
Dinner is bird guts. Turkey innards, to be precise. I’m glad I found this in the back of the freezer at the co-op because it was 99 cents a pound! Hell yes. For whatever reason, chicken guts are now 2-something a pound. Huh?? No, thanks.
Today’s dog food:

- kefir
- veggie mix
