Fed on 6/15, Wednesday.
That stuff on top of the food isn’t sawdust–it’s her TCM herbs! I found good sales on the Nancy’s and Super Natural cottage cheeses at Whole Foods, so I bought some tubbies for us to share. I recall Nancy’s to be far, far more sour than this particular batch tastes, but I totally don’t mind the mildness. I may actually prefer it since it tastes more balanced now, but with that cultured tang.
MP actually had a semi-annual physical this morning at her awesome vet *just a few houses down our street* (we are so, so lucky!). Everything turned out to be pretty normal, although she really is too skinny. She weighs about 4 pounds less than her heaviest, which was never heavy at all. I need to keep up the calories because I think I’m underestimating her daily needs now that we’re moving around a little more. (Not that we’re joining the gym or anything, but considering how sedentary we were between the “No more snow for slowjoring!” and “Is it spring? I mean summer?” I think she just needs more food. I’m so, so, sorry, MP!
We’re doing a poop test to make sure we don’t have extra pet in the belly, though.
Dinner was a very nice beef bowl meal, but I’m missing the picture. Boo! Where do these pictures go? I think MP eats them.
