Beefed blueberries with yogurt for breakfast. And a little blow on top. Kidding! It’s just probiotic powder.
I actually don’t need to give her probiotic powder in supplement form since I make my own kefir and yogurt and they are basically a whole universe of fresh, super active good germy germs (i.e., not the kind that have pointy tails and ears wearing black body suits). But I had some in the fridge that needs to go, so they go in the Pancake dog belly. (Note: If you had to pick just one supplement, I’d go with probiotics. And as with any supplement, don’t get ones “for dogs”—ones made for humans are far, far better quality.)
We’re both going to have stinkasaurus dinners. She’s having her tripe that really did stink up the kitchen while it waited for the late-as-usual kabocha on the counter. I’m having my kimchee that basically ruined my heart girl Colleen’s car with a nice loose butthole scent that became one with the fibers of the seats. I’m sure you can smell me right now, wherever you are. I should just stay inside for a few days.
This kimchee stinkaroma makes me laugh. I don’t think I have ever had a smell make me laugh. Particularly a malodor. Stinkus usually make me angry, because I imagine the little molecules of the Stink Entity being ingested and becoming part of me via absorption, which is a thoroughly disturbing thought. (And zeee truth!) Anyway, when it is someone else’s funk (I can actually deal with farts better than perfume), I feel very violated.
When I first gave tripe to MP, I thought I wasn’t so sure if she was waaaaaay into it any more than she is waaaaaay into other foods. However, I think she really does like tripe, lots. She doesn’t blow her mind or anything, but she emits a very quiet but constant GIMME vibe that is a little different from when she anticipates other yummies. Anyway, that means I’ll probably have to go find some more. I like it when MP likes things a lot.
