I keep my word! I did go to the co-op shortly after her breakfast and scored some nice just-ground meat. I like the meat men there. Actually, meat guys are really nice everywhere I go.

Not only did I really go shopping like I said, but I scored $1 off a pound! This brought down the price to $2.99/lb for grassfed meat. Pretty good! I usually only see the 50¢ off—which is not nearly as thrilling.
packing it up
As always, 182 grams per serving. I’m packing these up in those silver MP packets and freezing them for later.
