Hey everyone, print out this little painting I just made for good dreams tonight! It’s kind of a Japanese tradition to put pictures of lucky things under your pillow for kick-ass first dreams of the year. It is in my family, anyway. . . .

Fed on 12/17, Friday. Chicken soup time! I knew I had some chicken legs I got at the new co-op in the burbs and I finally found it in my freezer. I dumped the whole thing (nine legs—but they were little) in the pot with a zen team of carrot, celery and garlic and let it cook for while. Fed on 12/15, Wednesday. Yesterday, MP had a surprised robot breakfast. Today, she’s having some trout lip smirk. This is not really the face you want to start your day with. I know repeat meals are kind of boring, but check out the super sideways ears! We also call them pizza ears. . . .

Fed on 12/14, Tuesday. When I think of robots, they always have rectangular mouths. This breakfast looks like a surprised robot. I like his steel cut oats complexion. . . .

Fed on 12/13, Monday. Brown fuzz is getting a smorgasbord for her breakfast. A little bit of zero-VOC beef, poetry oysters, all-black-keys sprouted tofu, and some veggie mix. For snacks, she got some chicken wings that Piz got the humans. He asked the butcher to give him enough for two two-leggers and one Maisy Pancakes. . . .

Fed on 12/10, Friday. I’m finding that cooked ground meet never looks very appetizing, especially when sinking to the bottom of liquid. I added some fresh yogurt and veggie mix but it still looks like something prepared without a lot of love. . . .
