How come it’s so funny when a dog wears a hat? Clothes don’t make me laugh, but hats do. Since we’re not doing anything Halloweeny with MP, here’s some hat pictures from a few years ago. They were taken using a really dumb phone (which I still use!). So, sorry that they’re even worse than usual. . . .

soup Fed on 10/13. MP gets to have a very thick soup made with a ton of book group chicken legs. I misjudged the amount of food in the fridge, so the rest of this soup will live in the freezer until I need an “Oh shit” meal. tofu Dinner is turmeric-ed out tofu. As you can see, we’re using the frozen veggie cubes today. I don’t know why, but making those liver treats kind of wore me out. There is something about smelling . . .

Fed on 10/15. Guts for breakfast! This one is a pretty hefty extra RAM lamb liver from Mindy. I’ve been thawing this gal for a couple days, at least. It was still frozen in the middle, and my hands were numb when I was done cutting it up. I’ll portion out one or two more meals and I’m going to send the rest to liver leather day camp starting tomorrow. . . .

Fed on 10/14. I get perching. I like to sit on small, high places and look at things. MP likes to climb up to the highest spot to look outside, too. She does this at my house on the front bay window. She sits there every few hours and farts out traffic violations. (“Too close to the house.”) . . .

Fed on 10/11. Since yesterday’s Did She Eat Rotten Shit or What incident, I’m still taking precautions and going easy on the belly.
